An agent that reads the 1,800 receipts and corporate card charges 120 employees submit each month, fills in the expense sheet, and flags only the items that break policy. Every payment is approved by a person.

Field inspection app
Moved fire, electrical, elevator, and HVAC inspections across 32 buildings from paper checklists to an offline-first mobile app, with a workflow for fixing failed items, a manager dashboard, and statutory inspection records.

Inventory and reorder agent
An agent that watches ingredient stock across 60 franchise stores, drafts purchase orders, and waits for approval, plus an ordering portal shared by head office, stores, and suppliers. No order goes out unless the store owner approves it.

Moved bookings, memberships, instructor schedules, and branch settlement for a 14-branch Pilates and yoga franchise from a different tool at every branch into one system, with a mobile web app for members and admin web apps for branches and head office.
