We do not do report-only consulting. A team that builds and operates software and AI systems advises from that experience. When useful, we read the code directly or build a prototype to show you.

How it runs
Short reviews deliver a document and presentation within 2 to 4 weeks. Ongoing advisory runs monthly with a channel open for questions whenever they come up.
